At Gramin Ekikrat Krishi Vikas Trust (GEKVT), we are grateful for your support and contributions toward rural development and empowerment in Uttarakhand. As a registered non-profit organization, we maintain transparency and accountability in how we manage donations. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any contributions.

1. Donations

• All donations made to GEKVT are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

• Donors are requested to confirm the amount and purpose before completing the transaction.

2. Duplicate Transactions

If you believe you have made a donation in error or a duplicate transaction has occurred:

• Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

• Provide proof of the transaction (e.g., payment receipt, bank reference number).

• After verification, any genuine duplicate donations will be refunded via the original mode of payment.

3. Event Registrations or Services (if applicable)

If you have registered for an event or service through GEKVT and wish to cancel:

• A cancellation request must be made at least 5 days before the event.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after deduction of any applicable processing charges.

• GEKVT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, with prior notification and full refund in case of cancellation.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.

• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used.
